Wearing $1195.00 Christian Louboutin heels, troubled actress Lindsey Lohan trotted into court today looking cheerful and open minded.  I’m sure she is not feeling remotely that way right now.

Lindsey Lohan’s bail was denied today at her latest appearence in court, and she was returned into police custody, according to information from TMZ.

She landed back in court because she failed two drug tests, testing positive for both adderall and cocaine.  The lawyer for Lohan, Shawn Holley,  said that the judge had no legal basis for denying Lindsey bail.  Even so, she may now be stuck there until October 22nd, which is her next court date, unless the judge issues an order otherwise.

SMH.

UPDATE (sept 24th, 10am est): Some time after this article was posted, Lindsey bailed out of jail overnight on $300.000 dollars bail according to TMZ. She better try to be cool, just sayin’!!
