Monica looked stunning while celebrating with 30th her fiance’ Shannon Brown, family and friends at West Hollywood’s famed Phillipe Chow restaurant. Guests included Angela and Vanessa Simmons, Ludacris, Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian, Jermain Dupri, Trina and more….
