Alicia Keys and hubby Swizz Beatz adopt an African Village in South Africa
A South African village in Soweto has been adopted by Alicia Keys and her husband Swizz Beatz. They recently did an interview with Vladtv.com, in which the couple spoke about why they choose to help out this Johannesburg village.
“We went there…just to film the process of a particular lady and her daughter. She’s a beautiful lady with a beautiful spirit. She’s HIV positive. We were filming the before-and-after effect of taking medications,” Swizz said. “Instead of being mad, disgruntled, ignorant [about their economic disadvantages], their vibe was like, super-Zen.”
Swizz and Alicia met with the with their local government, and was ultimately granted approval to purchase containers that would allow residents access hot water and heat. For the Soweto men in particular, they have started an educational program that will hopefully help the guys get jobs and build their village from the ground up for themselves and their families.
This is a good thing!! What do you think guys? Just check out the clip.

Very good, But I think they should have gone for a less developing country within Africa and do that. I do also think South Africa is well off.
