He’s been Denied!!

Because of all the back child support that Jermaine Jackson owes, he cannot come back to the United States of America, according to TMZ.

Here’s the deal, Jermaine is currently in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, Africa with an expired passport. Why can’t he get a new one you ask?? It’s because under California law, when someone owes more than $2,500 a month in child support, the State Department of Child Support Services works with Feds to automatically have their passport flagged. So, once the passport expires, it cannot be renewed until the person becomes current on their child support payments. Much like what other states do with Drivers Licenses for example.  

Issue is, as of last month, he owed $91,921 to his baby mama, Alejandra. Where is he gonna get that kind of cash?? Momma, perhaps?

Bad timing to have his passport expire during his overseas trip, but what kind of man goes on elaborate vacations or whatever else without first taking care of his responsibilities at home? If he cannot come up with the cash fast, I wonder what the American Embassy will do for the brotha, if anything at all… Maybe he will get lucky and have temporary papers sent to him to get back in the States.

Some men, I tell ya. SMH.
