After Breezy only living in a certain condo for a few months, neighbors of Chris Brown are complaining about how he is the nieghbor from “hell.”  Folks are claiming that he is highly disrspectful to everyone else who lives in building:  racing dogs in the hallways, taking up the handicapped parking spaces, vandalizing elevators, blasting loud music and partying all the time…

Sounds just like a college student to me, something that someone his age would do!  Who did they expect him to live his life like, the golden girls?  But, truthfully I’d be a little pissed as well.  Chris though has to no surprise defended himself against these allegations in regards to some of the complaints… Via TMZ:

Chris’ lawyer, Mark Geragos, tells TMZ, Chris is the one who’s getting screwed.  Geragos says, the deed clearly shows the two spaces belong to Chris, but the developer never disclosed the spots were reserved for the handicapped.  Geragos says Chris is in litigation with the building over the spaces and plans to fight the tickets as well.  But the building manager says Chris is parking in other handicapped spots as well.

 
To be honest, I probably wouldn’t want to live right next to him either, lol.  But hey, he’s a pop star – what do these folks expect?
