Tami Roman at the age of 41 was treated for a mild heart attack at Cedar Sinai Hosptial this past monday.  Sorry, but the first thing I thought was perhaps it was from all that anger that I notice she has every time I catch a glimpse of her on Basketball Wives…lol… but I digress.  Heart problems are no laughing matter.  And stress as well as anger could definitely cause you to have one, but certainly could it be that a person just isnt taking good care of themselves.  Its time to promote better heart health in our communities, don’t you think?

Tami tweeted about the situation herself so perhaps she is in better spirits about the whole situation. She said:

“Thx 2every1 for the get well wishes. Never thought I’d have a mild heart attack at 41.

God has a way of bringing things into perspective. Finally going home 2my kids-heart meds and all. I’m off twitter 4 awhile, no stress recovery, but I appreciate ALL the positive energy & the negative 1′s-get a life-I sure appreciate mine.”

Nicely said.  I pray that she achieves all that she sets out to do in her recovery.   Once she gets all of the court cases settled (as she is being sued by some hair company – you can read more about that here), perhaps she can get well in the aspect of freedom as well.  Who knows, huh??
