OKAY, Here’s Ne-Yo… [pics]

So… R&B singer Ne-Yo is destined to do his body some good, as he was recently caught exercising at Runyon Canyon in Hollywood with his personal trainer. I personally applaud anyone with a busy schedule taking the time to work at getting healthy the old fashioned way – a little bit of sweat! Exercising can be really challenging when you have so many other things on your plate to do.

And that’s not all, seems he might just have a new hit on his hands after his video premiere of “Lazy Love” was revealed on 106&Park yesterday. If you love sexy ballads then of course you will have nooo problem listening to that song or watching the video… I’ll be posting the clip of that soon enough so stay locked here.
