R&B singer Usher won primary custody of his two children Naviyd Ely  & Usher Raymond V today, after a long and bitter court battle with his ex-wife Tameka Foster - Raymond, sources are saying.  The two have been divorced since 2009.

Tameka, who just lost her older son Kile Glover on July 23rd from a boating accident, is sure to be taking it hard to have been stripped of full parental rights of her 3 and 4 year olds. I feel a bit of sympathy for her as a mother just because of that.

Judge Bensonetta Tipton-Lane ruled in this case, that was undoubtedly scandalous these last couple months with various rumors of cheating, drug abuse, and irresponsiblity as some of the excuses thrown around between the two adults. At the end of the day though, I guess money talks and bull-ish walks… and because of that, I’m not surprised at all by this verdict.
