44 year old music exectutive Chris Lighty, who worked for Violator Entertainment and helped shape the careers of many of todays superstars including Mariah Carey, 50 cent, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, Busta Rhymes and others was found dead in his New York apartment today of an apparent self-infliced gunshot wound to the head.

Some sources are reporting that Lighty had some kind of arguement with his ex-wife, whom he has been divorced to for only a year, shortly before his passing.

So sad, because everything has it’s season… and although we can’t understand what everyone is going though behind closed doors, nothing lasts forever - BUT physical death.  Too bad he chose that road.  RIP.
