Today Chad Ochocinco decided that it’s time to show the world via Twitter - and his estranged, head-butted wife Evelyn Lozada, that he still has feelings for her in the only way that he could. That way just happened to be by getting a tattoo of her facial profile smack dab on the side of his leg.
