Ronald Pudder has finally been brought a two-count indictment against him after several months, on federal hate crime charges for arson and damaging a church based on bias against a predominately black church.

First Azusa Apostolic Faith is the only black church in Conneaut, Ohio, located in the northeast part of the state. The accused arson was set on May 20th, where the entrance to the church was damaged but no one was hurt. Pudder was arrested at the scene. Read the rest of this entry
